This position is mostly responsible for specific departmental projects as the need arises such as the issuing and monitoring of the growing subcontracting activity as part of the Grants and Contracts Administration Team. Duties for this project include preparing subcontract agreements and review for accurate execution, as well as collecting invoices against these agreements in a timely manner. Other duties will range from basic data entry and filing to complex and sophisticated analyses.
Specific duties include:
BA/BS in a related field, minimum of two (2) years of related experience, (could be substituted with four (4) years of related experience), and NIH grants experience including familiarity with OMB Uniform Guidance as well as circulars A-110, A-122 and A-133 desired.
