This position is responsible for assisting the Grants & Contracts Director and team with operations.
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
•Monitoring subcontract agreements
•Processing incoming invoices for signature and payment
•Standardization and maintenance of electronic folders
•Collecting and processing effort allocations records, processing and tracking staff assignments
•Reporting and coordination of deliverables
•Standardization of the department’s job aids with the goal of completing a department manual
•Clerical meeting assistance
•Help with special process taskforce
•Other duties as assigned.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Requires a minimum of two years of related experience. Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases is also required. Additional requirements include experience with NIH grants including familiarity with OMB Uniform Guidance and circulars A-110, A-122 and A-133.
This position requires an organized and detail oriented incumbent, especially with document management. Requires intermediate computer abilities, with emphasis in Word, Excel and database experience. Must be able to work as a team member and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
