There are currently 16 faculty with research programs ranging from systems immunology and basic mechanisms of immunity and inflammation to human translational studies and interventional immunology and clinical trials. BRI also has state-of-the-art core facilities in transcriptomics, including single cell analysis, human MHCII tetramers and flow cytometry. BRI also maintains an extensive biorepositories in a large number of immune-mediated diseases, including autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases, and cancer.
